Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing technical implementation tasks, developing and maintaining technical documentation, delivering post-deployment support, conducting proactive maintenance and health checks, and supporting client training and handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute technical implementation tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Deliver exceptional post-deployment support to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular proactive maintenance and health checks to prevent system downtime.
  • Support client training and handover to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Technical certifications in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity are highly valued.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical implementation or support roles.
  • Experience in enterprise IT environments or managed services is beneficial.
  • Good understanding of network monitoring tools and basic cybersecurity concepts.
  • Able to independently install, test, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems.
  • Basic command of ticketing tools and SLAs.
  • Competent in technical documentation and client communication.
  • Responsible and service-oriented.
  • Logical problem-solver with a willingness to learn from mistakes.
  • Team player who communicates openly and follows through on tasks.
