Trust and Wealth Planning Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the principals of a family office in Asia. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex trust, estate, and succession planning matters, alongside family governance issues.

You will be instrumental in designing and implementing bespoke wealth planning solutions across multiple jurisdictions while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in mitigating family legal risks, navigating regulatory frameworks, and managing sophisticated governance structures that align with long-term legacy goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice on trust, estate, and succession planning matters
  • Develop and implement customized wealth planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to achieve business objectives
  • Mitigate family legal risks and navigate complex regulatory frameworks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in international law firms, wealth planning teams, or family offices
  • Demonstrated expertise in advising high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Commercially-minded individual with strong negotiation and transactional skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
