Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Control Officer to join our team at SHANGHAI TUNNEL ENGINEERING CO (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, developing environment control plans, and conducting environmental control audits and investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, such as the National Environment Agency (NEA), to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate environment control committee meetings and implement all environment control programs.
  • Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as required by regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance of operations with NEA and EHS regulations.
  • Prepare site environment control reports on a regular basis.
  • Conduct environmental control audits and investigations.
  • Develop and implement environment control plans, site cleanup plans, and monitor their completion.
Requirements
  • Airport environment working experience is preferred.
  • NEA registered ECO (Environmental Control Officer) certification is required.
  • Good knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is essential.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry, preferably in LTA projects or other civil works.
  • Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems is necessary.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills.
