Job Description:

The Supply Chain Optimization Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and enhancing supply chain efficiency. This individual will oversee high-velocity assembly operations, manage vendor relationships, and develop strategic initiatives to reduce lead times and lower overall costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of contract manufacturing vendors to ensure timely delivery of hardware to AWS data centers globally
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and apply best practices and continuous process improvements
  • Drive complex business analysis to identify opportunities for internal and external process enhancements
  • Provide scalable solutions for continued scale product and service offerings

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
