Beauty Therapist Job Description
As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty treatments and skincare advice to meet customer needs. Your goal is to assess skin conditions, recommend treatment plans, and promote suitable packages/products to enhance our customers' overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional beauty treatments and skincare advice to meet customer needs.
  • Assess skin conditions, recommend treatment plans, and promote suitable packages/products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms at all times.
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback politely, following company guidelines.
  • Keep accurate customer records and assist in spa promotions and sales.
  • Safeguard confidential information and perform related administrative duties.

Requirements:
To excel as a Beauty Therapist, you should have hands-on experience in the field and possess excellent communication skills. You must be able to work well under pressure, multitask efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism in your interactions with customers and colleagues.
