Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients in collaboration with the Centre's admission assessment, caregivers' feedback, and needs observed by other staff.
  • Manage administrative duties, including attendance, form collection, and fee management.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' personal information, financial situation, and progress.
  • Ensure a safe and respectful environment for clients, including classroom management and behaviour intervention.
  • Communicate effectively with clients' families to keep them informed of activities, welfare, and progress.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with individuals with special needs, preferably with Special Education or Disability Studies training.
  • Basic skills in MS Excel and MS Doc.
  • Passion for working with people with special needs and a commitment to their well-being.
