Procurement Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reporting project budget and cost control. They will also be accountable for post-contracts administration, including the Main Contract and Subcontracts.

Key responsibilities include monitoring financial aspects of projects to ensure they run according to budget and liaising with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims.

  • Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control
  • Responsible in Post-Contracts administration for both the Main Contract and Subcontracts
  • Monitor all financial aspects of the projects to ensure projects run according to budget
  • Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
