  • We are seeking a reliable and skilled Kitchen Crew Member to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food preparation and service. You will be responsible for assisting in the kitchen, preparing equipment for cooking processes, weighing and measuring ingredients according to recipes, and maintaining a high standard of all food preparation and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the kitchen and food preparation
  • Prepare equipment for cooking processes
  • Weigh and measure ingredients according to recipes
  • Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service
  • Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation
  • Ensure the kitchen areas are clean, tidy and organized
  • Ensure proper hygiene practices based on Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies
  • Control cost and minimize food wastages

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N Level qualification or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
