You will be expected to possess a high level of expertise in Indian accounting and tax laws, along with the capability to oversee audits and verify the accuracy of tax submissions.

Your responsibilities will include managing statutory audits in alignment with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and the Companies Act, 2013.

This will involve planning, executing, and finalizing audits for both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for preparing financial statements as per schedule III of the Companies Act, as well as consolidated financial statements.

Additionally, reviewing financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant laws will be a key aspect of your role.

As a Statutory Audit & Income Tax Compliance Specialist, you will be required to generate audit reports and communicate your findings to senior management, providing recommendations for enhancing processes.
