Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a BIM drafter in Singapore's construction industry.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and models.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LTA projects and drafting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data integration tools.
  • Knowledge of mathematics and statistics for accurate modeling.
  • Ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks under deadlines.
