Job Opportunity: Semiconductor Equipment Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of semiconductor equipment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and troubleshooting equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system design, and implementing changes to enhance overall efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Setup and Troubleshooting: Develop comprehensive procedures for setting up and troubleshooting semiconductor equipment to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Process Optimization: Work closely with the engineering team to analyze and optimize system design, leveraging expertise and resources to drive continuous improvement.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate records of engineering improvements and best practices, ensuring knowledge is shared across teams and accessible for future reference.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to resolve complex system issues, applying problem-solving skills and critical thinking to find effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Possess a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience in setting up high-precision/automation equipment.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of electro-mechatronic systems and their applications, with experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test environment, especially with AOI/Vision Inspection machines.
  • Critical Thinking Skills: Show strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively to drive process improvements.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel overseas for field support when required.
