Job Description

The Brand Ambassador will lead and oversee the brand's social media presence, public relations strategies, marketing campaigns, and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media and Community Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategy, content creation, posting schedules & community engagement
    • Plan and implement PR campaigns, events, and media outreach to build brand reputation
    • Manage influencer partnerships & collaborations
  • Marketing Strategy:
    • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
    • Track, measure, and report campaign effectiveness, optimizing for better ROI.
  • E-commerce Management:
    • Oversee all brand official stores, ensuring optimal product presentation, pricing, and promotions.
    • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing management with exposure to social media, PR, and e-commerce.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, e-commerce platforms, and analytics software.
