Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail store supervisor to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong knowledge of food products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, including receiving goods from suppliers, replenishing shelves, and maintaining stock levels. They will also provide exceptional customer service, resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

In addition to their leadership skills, the successful candidate will be knowledgeable about Chinese delicacies, such as shark fin, fish maw, and sea cucumber, and be able to promote these products effectively. They will also have the ability to cook herbal tea and be physically fit to handle the demands of the role.

The ideal candidate will have a hardworking and responsible attitude, with the ability to commit to working long hours, including weekends and evenings. They will also be able to start work immediately and be flexible in their approach to work.
