Clinical Trials Assistant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Trials Assistant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to make a meaningful contribution to the development of clinical trials in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and finalize contracts related to clinical trials, working closely with internal stakeholders to negotiate agreement terms.
  • Assist in checking hard copy contract documents and obtaining signatures from authorized personnel.
  • Track agreement timelines and follow up with parties that have not replied within two weeks.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to junior team members in NDA negotiation and review during times of high demand.
  • Approve online payments and training applications, as well as other assigned tasks.
  • Oversight of financial and insurance reporting to relevant authorities, including annual reporting requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of clinical trials, while maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, law, or science.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
