Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Procurement Specialist to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to play a key part in optimizing procurement and supply chain operations within a fast-scaling retail and eCommerce business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities to support daily operations.
  • Develop procurement strategies, conduct market research, and evaluate suppliers.
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure timely delivery, competitive pricing, and quality standards.
  • Maintain supplier and product data in the ERP system for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare reports on procurement activities, performance, and cost analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally with delivery, operations, and management teams to align procurement needs with business goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and compliance processes.
  • Proficient in Chinese (both written and spoken) to liaise effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
