Job Title: Freight Export Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Freight Export Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in air freight logistics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain direct communication with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure timely flight details delivery.
  • Verify export document compliance when processing export work orders and apply the correct export permits.
  • Monitor onboard status and notify customers of any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Foster effective communication across all relevant departments.
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in air freight logistic industry.
  • Speaks and writes Japanese with knowledge of the culture is preferred.
