Estate & Facilities Operations
  • Conduct regular inspections and initiate repairs to maintain optimal facility conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and Ministry of Education guidelines.
  • Address facility-related feedback promptly to ensure seamless operations.
Operations Management
  • Coordinate daily activities and ensure timely opening of the institution.
  • Manage traffic flow during morning peak hours to guarantee the safety and order of our community.
Security Management
  • Supervise daily security operations and manage outsourced security personnel.
  • Administer staff card access systems and parking decal issuance.
Project Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise renovation, repair, and improvement projects.
  • Prepare specification documents and reports for procurement processes.
  • Verify project completion and quality assurance prior to finalization.
