Job Title: Facilities Supervisor

This role involves leading a technical team to improve building, facility and utility machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing new machine installations, managing project work, coordinating contractor schedules, ensuring compliance with industry standards and conducting scheduled maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a technical team to improve building, facility and utility machinery.
  • Oversee new machine installations and manage project work.
  • Coordinate contractor schedules to enhance facility functions.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO and safety standards.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance for optimal equipment functionality.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of technicians.
  • Manage expenses to stay within budget.
  • Oversee project management for timely completion.
  • Coordinate maintenance with contractors and professional engineers.
  • Schedule pest control and landscaping services.
  • Ensure timely reporting and documentation.
  • Develop training programs to enhance team skills.
  • Adhere to and promote safe work practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Possess a NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or Facility Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant supervisory experience in building/facilities servicing and maintenance.
  • Comfortable with rotating shifts every two weeks.
