Job Opportunity

As a Customer Due Diligence professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our clients' financial transactions.

This is a permanent role with onsite work arrangement. The work location is in the CBD area and comes with various benefits including 18 days annual leave, variable bonus, full medical coverage, wellness benefits, and free gym membership.

  • Perform name screening using World-Check and Google search to evaluate results against client profiles.
  • Work with business stakeholders to prepare client onboarding documents for Compliance and/or Senior Management approval.
  • Conduct periodic Know-Your-Customer reviews (PKR) with inputs from relevant business stakeholders before obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Independently resolve CDD or AML operational issues with business stakeholders.
  • Follow up on key risk metrics for risk management and governance purposes.
  • Maintain proper CDD and client records for the CSP.
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties for the Compliance and CSP business functions.

To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Law. At least 1-3 years of experience in AML/KYC/Compliance/Risk function is required. Strong prior experience in law, tax/audit, regulatory supervision, or corporate services will also be considered.
