About the Position

We are seeking an experienced supplier quality professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that suppliers meet our quality standards and requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier quality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and Qualify Suppliers: Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards and requirements.
  • Manage Supplier Performance: Work closely with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and Implement Quality Systems: Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement effective quality systems that meet our requirements.
  • Provide Training and Support: Offer training and support to suppliers to help them improve their quality processes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Moderate Degree in Engineering Field: A degree in engineering or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Supplier Quality Experience: At least 3 years of experience in supplier quality management is required.
  • Familiarity with Quality Tools: Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D problem-solving is required.
