Job Summary

We are seeking a Staff Analyst to provide technical accounting guidance on complex and non-standard transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical accounting principles and be able to apply them to transaction scenarios.

Your Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Review contracts and proposals for revenue and non-revenue transactions, providing accounting guidance.">
  • Prepare documentation and memos supporting the company's accounting positions and addressing audit questions.">
  • Partner with the business to ensure documentation for financial audits and internal controls is prepared and retained.">
  • Support the monthly financial statement close process and assist the SEC reporting team with disclosures as needed.">
  • Implement and document internal controls around financial statement close processes, such as contract reviews.">
  • Assist with other accounting projects as required.">

Required Qualifications

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.">
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance.">
  • Ability to apply technical accounting guidance to transaction scenarios.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills in accounting.">
