Cybersecurity Professional

Roles & Responsibilities

The role of Cybersecurity Professional involves delivering high-quality services and solutions to clients.

  • Deliver and provide professional services, including implementation and upgrading of cybersecurity products.
  • Develop workable solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Perform installations and configurations independently using product manuals.
  • Upskill and obtain technical certifications for handled products or technologies.
  • Become a subject matter expert to assist in transferring domain knowledge and technical skills.
  • Support the sales and support teams in technical matters.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, with Diploma/Degree in Cyber Security or a course of study relevant to the industry.
  • Good basic networking knowledge, with preference given to those familiar with CyberArk.
  • Familiarity with CyberArk Conjur and DevSecOps is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of DLP, Endpoint Security, Privilege Account Management, Identity Access Management (IAM), Web/Email/DNS security.
  • Experience with Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SIEM, SOAR platforms, Threat intelligence and behavioral analytics.
  • Demonstrated interest and knowledge in Hacking techniques, Cybersecurity threats and trends.
  • Certifications in CISSP, CREST, OSCP (advanced security knowledge), SailPoint (IAM), Trellix, Thales (data protection).
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Bash scripting, and Power Shell is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle stress, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and professional working attitude.
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
