Fresh Food Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a seasoned procurement specialist to manage our fresh food ingredient supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Category Management: Responsible for developing category plans based on customer and supplier situations to ensure timely procurement and shelf placement of bestsellers.
- Inventory Optimization: Control product expiration dates, handle near-expiration items promptly, and reduce costs through inventory planning and control.
- Supplier Partnerships: Build stable supply systems by evaluating and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliable sources and high-quality products.
- Negotiation and Coordination: Analyze costs, identify opportunities, and implement improvements to increase gross profit margin through effective price negotiation and supplier management.
We seek a professional with strong market insight, precise cost control, excellent negotiation and coordination skills, solid supplier management, and risk response capabilities. The ideal candidate has:
- Knowledge of local major markets for vegetables, fruits, aquatic products, meat, dried condiments, and alcoholic beverages/hard drinks.
- Understanding of supply chain structures and upstream resources.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a leading platform/company, with at least 2 years independently responsible for a product category.
- Over 3 years of relevant product procurement experience, familiar with procurement channels and market conditions for frozen foods and fresh foods.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
