Senior Salon Leader Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salon Leader to manage our hair salon.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Lead and motivate a team of hairstylists, providing guidance and training to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, identifying new business opportunities and trends.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hairstyling and leadership, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a hairstylist or salon manager.
  • Strong knowledge of hairstyling techniques, products, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
