As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in integrating manufacturing equipment with cutting-edge digital systems. This exciting opportunity enables you to contribute to the development of robust, secure, and efficient production environments.

Working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, you will support and optimize industrial automation, control systems, and digital operations technologies—ensuring seamless operation and security of our manufacturing processes.

In this role, your responsibilities may include:

  • Implementing and supporting manufacturing control systems (PLCs, SCADA, MES)
  • Troubleshooting OT-related technical issues to maintain uptime and reliability
  • FOLLOWING established OH&S and OT cybersecurity guidelines
  • Supporting the introduction and maintenance of OT infrastructure, including industrial networks and system interfaces
  • Validating and documenting system changes to meet compliance and regulatory standards
  • Contributing to quality and efficiency improvements through digitization and process automation projects
  • Applying engineering principles to troubleshoot and optimize integrated IT/OT systems
  • Collaborating with Manufacturing, IT, Quality, and Product teams on secure, scalable technology solutions

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Industrial, Systems) or related discipline
  • Foundational understanding of manufacturing systems and industrial technology platforms
  • Ability to follow standard practices and apply basic theories to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Demonstrated interest in operational systems, controls, or manufacturing automation
