Job Title: Circuit Setup and Testing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Circuit Setup and Testing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for setting up, calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and calibrate complex equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Determine and develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams
  • Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems, identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
  • Assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering
  • Ability to read technical drawings/procedures and use a variety of precision testing and measuring instruments
  • Previous hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment
  • Experience with optics alignment is an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical problems, set up experiments, and perform data analysis
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and people skills
  • Comfortable working in shifts and cleanroom environments
