• Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the maritime or related industries
• Strong understanding of the maritime industry and its sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
