Job Title: Chief Technology Officer, Robotics and Automation

Job Summary:
A forward-thinking leader is sought to drive innovation in healthcare technology. Reporting directly to the hospital's management team, you will oversee the development of cutting-edge solutions to enhance operational efficiency and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology adoption strategies to meet future operational needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement digital transformation initiatives
- Research emerging technologies and oversee test-bedding and integration testing
- Manage stakeholders and evaluate projects for technical, financial, and operational feasibility
- Prepare annual budgets and establish performance benchmarks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computing Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with exposure at management level, and at least 4 years in software programming, systems engineering, or technology integration
- Excellent planning, analytical, and communication skills
- Critical thinking and ability to think outside the box
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions

Desired Skills:
- Experience with robotic platforms, SLAM, and related fields
- Knowledge of Robot Operating System (ROS), RoMi-H, Gazebo, Unity, Linux, OpenCV
- Familiarity with algorithm development in C/C++, Python, and Unix shell scripting
- Embedded and real-time systems
