Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated customer service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness of our café areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders as needed.
  • Prepare and serve beverages that meet our quality standards.
  • Serve customers their food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain beverage making equipment in good working order and keep the café areas clean.
  • Perform cashier duties and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Assist in stocking and replenishing beverage supplies.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1 year of relevant experience and a valid food safety course level 1 certificate.
  • Minimum secondary school education.
  • Able to work independently and support other team members proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
