About the Job

\

We are seeking a highly skilled Core Banking and Private Banking professional to join our team. As a Core Banking and Private Banking professional, you will be responsible for driving business analysis and system engineering efforts focused on Core Banking with Private Banking domain.

\

 

Key Responsibilities

\

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

\

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

\

To be successful in this role, you must have:

\
  • \
  • Experience in IT business analysis, system engineering & support, focused on Core Banking with Private Banking domain.\
  • Prior experience in handling Credit Products (e.g., Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance), Derivatives (e.g., Options, Structured Products), and Securities (e.g., Equities, Fixed Income, Funds).\
  • A good understanding of products offered in the Private Banking with Transact modules exposure (AA, MD, SC, DX, SY etc.).\
  • Experience in driving PLWs and advising new processes for new applications, preferably with Implementation experience.\
  • Working experience of SDLC and Agile methodologies like SCRUM and KANBAN.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to challenge business/technical requirements to build good and scalable solutions.\
  • Good written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.\
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, hardworking, and agile enough to work both independently and as a team player.\
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple, concurrent priorities with business and IT stakeholders.\
  • Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors including but not limited to standards on honesty, integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.\
