Job Description

The Patching and Vulnerability Management Lead will be responsible for leading the overall day-to-day work of the infrastructure operations, ensuring events and/or incidents are responded to in adherence to established processes.

Responsibilities
  • Institute strong governance to lead and direct the infrastructure operational team with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
  • Explore new solutions and technologies, integrating learning and recommendations for operational efficiency and continual improvement of the infrastructure for better user experience.
  • Provide an overview of operational challenges, risks, and opportunities to the leadership team.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
