Job Title: Experienced Software Developer
">This is a full-time role that involves working as part of a team to design and develop complex software applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent software development skills and experience with systems analysis and programming.
">The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, creating time and cost estimates, and implementing new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areas. They will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling all phases of the development process, from analysis and design to testing and implementation.
">Key responsibilities include analyzing complex problems, providing evaluations of business processes, and making evaluative judgments. The candidate will also be required to recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality.
">Additionally, the successful applicant will be expected to consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems.
">Qualifications include 5-8 years of relevant experience, demonstrated excellent software development acumen, and strong experiences in implementation of Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Hibernate, JPA, App Server, JMS / MQ / Kafka applications.
">Required skills and qualifications include a bachelor's degree/university degree or equivalent experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
