Job Description

EXTRA EXCELLENCE MANUFACTURING (S) PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.

Your primary responsibilities will include setting up production machinery according to production instructions and schedules, packing products into finished goods, and ensuring accurate printing of manufacturing information on the packaging material.

The ideal candidate will have excellent factory operations experience, troubleshooting skills, and schedule management capabilities. They will also be responsible for assembling and performing on-line inspection on work-in-progress materials, ascertaining rejects, and highlighting on-line production problems to QA/QC personnel, Production Supervisor, or Line Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform production machinery set up in accordance with production instructions and schedules
  2. Packing of products into finished goods
  3. Accurate printing of manufacturing information on the packaging material
  4. Assembling and performing on-line inspection on work-in-progress materials
  5. Ascertain rejects and highlight on-line production problems
  6. Daily cleaning of production machineries, equipment, and furniture
  7. Ensure good housekeeping of work areas
