Job Title: Young Minds Educator

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Young Minds Educator to join our team. As a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where children feel comfortable to explore and engage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote early literacy in the Chinese language, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities suitable for preschool-aged children.
- Ensure that children develop socially, emotionally, and cognitively through play-based learning, arts, and crafts, music, and movement.
- Communicate regularly with parents to discuss their child's progress and development, and provide feedback through parent-teacher meetings.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Chinese.
- Familiarity with Singapore's preschool education system and guidelines is an advantage.
