About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Insolvency and Restructuring Specialist to join our team at DHA+ PAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations, as well as drafting reports and documents for Courts and creditors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations
- Assist in financial and operational restructuring, liquidation and investigation assignments
- Draft reports and documents for Courts and creditors
- Review and analyse financial information
- Manage stakeholder relations, including client or creditor inquiries and progress updates
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively under stress and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and strong foundation in mathematics and/or accounting
- Strong financial, business and reporting skills; and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
Working Location: Our CBD office location is within walking distance from Raffles MRT.
