Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate work orders effectively among workshop technicians.
- Evaluate and improve repair quality through targeted action plans.
- Conduct thorough diagnosis and functional testing on complex vehicle issues.
- Suport workshop technicians in enhancing their diagnostic skills.
- Prioritize road tests with customers when necessary for accurate issue identification.
- Offer expert guidance and support to technicians on challenging repairs.
- Oversight of workshop processes within the service department.
- Guiding and motivating service department staff.
- Maintain precise records of repair types and statuses.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations among employees.
- Organize regular team meetings and maintain attendance records.
- Closely inspect body and paint repair vehicles before final delivery.
- Oversight of cleanliness and proper waste disposal within the workshop.
- Analyze rework cases regularly and develop corrective measures.
- Supervise workshop supervisors in managing repair efficiency and workflows.
- Perform routine staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with internal trainers for effective training programs.
- Regular reporting to the Aftersales Manager is mandatory.
