Job Description:

  • Quality Control Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that all packing workers perform their jobs according to written work instructions.
  • To place packaging materials from the store based on the packing plan.
  • Verify and monitor the work done by Group Leaders and Inspectors.
  • To handle and follow up on problems forwarded by Group Leaders.
  • Checked and reviewed all checklist and reports by Group Leader and below on a timely basis.
  • Assist final packing area.
  • To provide on-the-job training to Packers, Inspectors, Group Leaders, and other support operators.
  • To ensure packing procedure and packing method are implemented and practiced.
  • Ensure storage, packaging, online, and final packing areas are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure the product is stored, labeled, and segregated at designated areas.
  • Ensure workers handle products in the correct manner and do not cause any damage or contamination to the products.
  • Inform Executive/Engineer or Manager for any equipment needing repair, service, or calibration.
  • To conduct appraisals for workers during the probationary period.
  • Any other task assigned.
  • Help packing at the warehouse.
  • Perform QAQC tasks in the warehouse.
  • Paying attention to detail, especially when it comes to quality control.
