Job Title: Procurement Storekeeper

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Procurement Storekeeper to join our team at Terasaki Electric Company (Far East) PTE. LTD. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for receiving goods from suppliers, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring seamless delivery of materials to our production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect goods from suppliers, documenting any discrepancies or damage
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records, including inventory levels and movement history
  • Issue goods to production staff as required, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Liaise with purchasing staff to coordinate replenishment of materials when inventory levels reach reorder points
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education with 1 year relevant experience in warehousing or inventory management
  • Forklift license required
  • Prior experience in warehousing or inventory management advantageous
  • Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Hardworking and possessing good communication skills
  • Good organiser who is committed, responsible, and reliable

What We Offer:
