Asia Pacific Tax Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to lead our APAC tax strategy and operations, encompassing corporate tax reporting, planning, and transfer pricing across multiple Asia Pacific jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring tax compliance, monitoring evolving country-specific issues, particularly around transfer pricing, and developing tax-efficient models and structures.
This role involves providing tax input on M&A and restructuring activities, including integration and reorganization, as well as driving optimization initiatives related to market entry, supply chain management, and regulatory changes.
The Tax Manager will oversee regional tax operations, including intercompany transactions, budgeting, and reporting, while collaborating with finance, legal, and business teams on tax incentives and planning initiatives.
