Artificial Intelligence Software Development Engineer

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an accomplished Artificial Intelligence Software Development Engineer to contribute to the advancement of our next-generation communication systems. This position involves designing and implementing cutting-edge AI-based software solutions, particularly for network optimization and automation in test environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and deploy AI/ML models and software solutions for optimizing network performance, resource allocation, and installation processes.
2. Design, implement, and demonstrate proof-of-concept (PoC) prototypes, simulations, and test solutions for 5G/6G and AI-RAN technologies.
3. Collaborate with industry partners, academia, and standardization bodies to contribute to emerging next-generation standards and technologies.
4. Conduct research and develop patents that contribute to the company's intellectual property portfolio.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into automated test solutions and optimize mobile system performance.
6. Participate in the development of technical requirements and specifications for AI-based software solutions.

**Required Qualifications:**
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques, deep learning frameworks, and edge computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, MATLAB, etc., for AI-based network modeling.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Knowledge or experience with networking protocols, 5G, and Open RAN systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and containerization platforms.

**Skills and Competencies:**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary environments.
