As a dedicated culinary educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic and practical instruction to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert culinary instruction and training to students
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and ensure a clean working environment
  • Evaluate written content and suggest revisions to enhance presentation and engagement
  • Develop and standardize recipes
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of curriculum under review
  • Promote rigorous standards of culinary safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Foster student participation in culinary competitions
  • Ensure accurate execution of student evaluations and grading procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks related to training and assessments
  • Review course evaluations and student feedback
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in culinary arts
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Prior teaching experience preferred
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
