The Vehicle Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet. Key responsibilities include:

  • Movement of vehicles, including check-in and check-out processes
  • Coordinating traffic flow to optimize efficiency
  • Liaising with short-term hirers on assigned operations issues
  • Engagement with clients for enquiries and contract reviews
  • Supporting operations control in acquiring and releasing vehicles
  • Organizing resources for vehicle delivery and collection
  • Deploying driver-partners for driver pick-up services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid driving license with good record
  • Taken ownership of operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multitask
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Availability to work weekends (5.5 day work week)
