Job Title: Regional IT Business Analyst

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Regional IT Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for translating business needs into IT solutions, improving Fugro operations through information technologies, and supporting various teams in adopting processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business cases, identify risks, and establish success criteria for projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, developing actionable plans and explaining the impact of decisions.
  • Drive vendor due diligence from a systems integration perspective.
  • Intervene on behalf of stakeholders in projects to mitigate risks or problems.
  • Ensure business needs are met by IT systems, translating process requirements into solution designs or functional requirements.
  • Understand interdependencies between systems, data flows, and the application landscape.
  • Support the Change Management Board to validate requests and prioritize them.
  • Analyze how Information Technologies can increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Facilitate regional workshops and information sessions.
  • Support adoption of new ERP systems and Enterprise Applications in APAC.
  • Change agent for Fugro Standard Business Processes.
  • Advise regional stakeholders on emerging technologies to support short and long-term objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant professional experience.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in Enterprise Applications and Project Management.
  • Good communication skills on a technical and non-technical level, and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • A healthy degree of business acumen and understanding of organization structures.
  • Change management experience and workshop facilitation skills are beneficial.
  • Attention to detail and well-organized.
  • Proven experience in requirements analysis and process mapping.
  • Knowledge of Corporate/Support Functions such as Finance, Procurement, Business Development, HR, and HSSE is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in implementing ERP systems is a plus.
