Job Title: Senior Executive

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization and take on a key leadership role. As a Senior Executive, you will play a vital part in driving the success of our team.

  • Provide comprehensive clinical operations and administrative support, including scheduling of meetings, preparation of agendas, recording and maintaining meeting minutes, development of reports, and provision of data on an annual and/or ad-hoc basis.
  • Enhance patient outcomes, promote safety, and facilitate quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across institutions, including the SingHealth Duke-NUS Joint Office of Academic Office.
  • Foster a culture of safety and excellence within the healthcare environment.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration/Business Management, or a related field, or Diploma holder in Business Administration/Business Management, or a related field with 8 years' relevant experience.
  • Additional coursework or demonstrated interest in science, healthcare, or medical research is highly preferred.
  • Strong writing, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player and yet able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical, organizing, and prioritizing skills.
  • Strong coordinating and facilitation skills.
  • Possess positive personality with high initiative.
  • Adept at handling complex, ambiguous, and challenging situations and comfortable with changes within a fluid environment and a growing organization.
  • Familiar with the use of basic IT programs.
