**Job Summary**
Careers@Gov is seeking a highly skilled Resource Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in planning, managing, and allocating our annual and multi-year budgets, as well as manpower establishment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and analyze our budget allocation framework and budget governance structure to ensure alignment with our business needs and priorities.
- Ensure that resource planning is aligned with our strategic priorities and the Jobs and Skills strategies and desired outcomes.
- Review and provide guidance on our annual budget planning process, evaluating budget requests from divisions and providing strategic recommendations.
- Review and critically evaluate requests for manpower establishment against alignment to overall organizational objectives.
- Negotiate with and secure support from central agencies on budgetary and establishment matters.
- Provide objective inputs on budget requests for discussion at key approval platforms.
- Manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders and decide on escalation cases.
**Requirements**
- At least 3 years of public sector experience in relevant fields such as resource planning and management.
- Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and numerical skills.
- Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
