Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing, with expertise in dry etch process development, design requirement review, and test data analysis.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot processes and integration problems, as well as developing new or modified process formulations and specifications.

A key focus of this role is to ensure compatibility of processing methods with other engineering/scientific personnel and to coordinate design requirement reviews.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for compiling and evaluating test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in dry etch process development
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials science, and electronics
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
