Lead Nursing Team Member

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Nursing to drive high standards of patient care and well-being. The role is ideal for an experienced nurse who wants to take on a leadership position in a dynamic healthcare environment.

  • Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to enhance recruitment and retention.
  • Drive continuing education for the nursing team to uphold clinical excellence and promote best practices in nursing home care.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's preferred).
  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • At least 8–10 years of relevant nursing experience, with minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory/management capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of MOH/AIC regulations, clinical governance, and best practices in nursing home care.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
