  • Interview Scheduling: Assist in coordinating interview arrangements, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • HR Coordination: Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • HR Duties: Perform various HR administrative tasks, such as handling employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • HR Support: Offer general HR guidance and support to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reference Checks: Assist in conducting reference checks for potential hires, verifying the accuracy of information provided.
  • Staff Documentation: Issue staff passes, employment passes, and other relevant documents to new employees.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter HR personnel information into the system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.

Requirements:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data entry and basic computer applications, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • HR Knowledge: Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • HRIS Systems: Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), with ability to navigate and extract reports.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and workload.
  • Employee Relations: Strong employee relations skills, able to handle confidential matters and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Performance Evaluation: Knowledge of performance management principles and practices, with ability to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
