Job Role:
">We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional to join our organization.
">- Interview Scheduling: Assist in coordinating interview arrangements, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- HR Coordination: Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- HR Duties: Perform various HR administrative tasks, such as handling employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- HR Support: Offer general HR guidance and support to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reference Checks: Assist in conducting reference checks for potential hires, verifying the accuracy of information provided.
- Staff Documentation: Issue staff passes, employment passes, and other relevant documents to new employees.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter HR personnel information into the system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
Requirements:
">- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data entry and basic computer applications, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
- HR Knowledge: Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- HRIS Systems: Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), with ability to navigate and extract reports.
- Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and workload.
- Employee Relations: Strong employee relations skills, able to handle confidential matters and maintain positive working relationships.
- Performance Evaluation: Knowledge of performance management principles and practices, with ability to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
