Warehouse Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics network, you will play a vital role in shaping your career by contributing and making a difference.

  • Ensure compliance with all warehouse-related safety, quality, and operating processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment through 5S practices.
  • Perform warehousing activities including inbound, outbound, and cycle count in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular visual inspections and report any non-conformity/exception from shipment.
  • Support supervisors to achieve required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist with general warehousing duties such as maintaining database integrity, stocktaking, material handling, documentation control, etc.
  • Verify accuracy and timeliness of all documentation.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to their implementation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills, particularly when interacting with overseas vendors; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage due to business communication requirements.
  • Experience with value-added services such as kitting, labeling, and packing.
  • Possession of a forklift license or knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle items weighing up to 25kg.
  • Eligibility for overtime and shift allowance.
  • Renewable contract.
