Job Summary

As a Vertical Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading field maintenance operations, focusing on preventive and corrective servicing of elevators. You will oversee a team of technicians, manage site schedules, and ensure compliance with service quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities carried out by technicians at residential and commercial sites
  • Ensure all lift servicing, including preventive and corrective maintenance, meets safety and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee field schedules, technician deployment, and site progress for timely service delivery
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors to resolve technical and service-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records, checklists, and reports to support compliance and audits
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in elevator servicing and field operations
